Our packages cover Home & Property Oversight, Hurricane Preparedness, Household Organization, Vendor & Project Coordination, and Family Transition Services. Homestead by the Bay is fully insured. Everything we do is grounded in integrity and dependability.
What is the Baseline Assessment?
The Baseline Assessment is our initial setup/assessment used to understand your property, household needs, priorities, and required services before establishing a recurring service plan.
Can I book services outside of monthly packages?
Yes, you can book services one time or add them to an existing monthly package. We offer à la carte services like Emergency Visits, Storm Preparation, and Errand Support.
What is your Tampa Bay service area?
Serving homeowners and families throughout the Tampa Bay area, with service available across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando Counties. Extended service areas may be available upon request.
Do you coordinate with local vendors?
Yes, we coordinate with local vendors and contractors. We can schedule meetings with contractors and help you manage your household errands and grocery pickups. We can even plan events!
What are the limitations of your services?
We do not provide medical care, personal care, medication administration, professional home inspections, or licensed trade/repair services. Purchases and third-party service fees are additional where applicable.
